Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return the items. However, we ask that you first consider someone who would enjoy it. You may prevent the additional CO2 emissions of a return and gain some brownie points by giving such a kind present! Whatever you decide, we, at LUUP, are happy to help you with the return and reimbursement.
Please note that brands have different return periods, varying from 14 to 30 days.
Please also note that brands handle returns differently. Some will provide a label in your parcel to return the product directly to them, while others ask that you send them an email if you wish to return an item.
Please follow the instructions given by the brand, but we ask that you also drop us a quick email at contact@weareluup.com with the relevant order information so we can make sure you get reimbursed as soon as the item is received by the brand.
If the item returned complies with the returning period of the brand and is in the same condition that you received it (unworn, no signs of use or damage, with tags), we will process a refund to your account within 7 days after the product has been received.
